Boho Glam in the mountains | Class of 2015 Senior Model shoot
This past Sunday, we had our 2nd annual Senior Model shoot in the mountains near Charlotte, NC. It was a fun, creative effort putting together this Boho Glam theme with some awesome vendors. It was the perfect day to spend with an amazing team and 10 beautiful, sweet, loving young ladies that will be representing Brittany Lauren Photography for the Class of 2015. These ladies are from schools around Charlotte. Throughout this week, I will be sharing a spotlight on each of these wonderful Juniors/rising Seniors.
All of my girls even stuck it out with me to hike to this location for this shot. I know I have some crazy ideas sometimes but it was totally worth it. We had a great day shooting! I’ll start with my fiancé. Thank you Jordan for being such a selfless, loving, helpful man. You were the perfect assistant throughout the day and never complained even though there were so many other things you could have been doing. It was a gorgeous day and I know how hard it was to give up a day of golf. All day you always made sure I had food/water, the perfect light with the reflector and even climbed through briars without question. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to snag you forever in September. Thank you for supporting and loving me the way you do.
To my mom, you are the best! I know keeping everything on schedule and cleaning up after all of us wasn’t the most glamorous job but you were willing to help no matter what. I couldn’t have pulled the day off without you and can never thank you enough for all the things you do for me. I hope I can be half the mom you are to my children one day.
My gorgeous models and all of the parents/family, thank you for hanging out with us all day and being part of this with me. You are all so wonderful for everything you did to help prepare for the shoot and making it as awesome as it was.

(HAIR) Amber Hilton at Salon 5 – Thank you for taking such great care of all of the models. I love watching you work and interact with the girls. You’re so fun, creative and professional. I can’t wait to work with you throughout the year.
(MAKEUP) Shie at Let’s Get Vamp – You are seriously the sweetest. All the girls looked amazing. Their makeup still looked flawless after the whole day and hiking up a mountain. You rock!
(JEWELRY) On a Wire – Brittany, you make beautiful jewelry. Your bangles and statement necklaces brought our outfits together and added some glam.
(CLOTHING) Lavish Boutique – You ladies are awesome. Thank you for letting me borrow everything we needed to complete all of the girls’ looks. We couldn’t have pulled it together without your boutique.
(BEHIND THE SCENES) Melissa Hunt Photography – You are an amazing friend and I’m thankful to have including our mutual love of photography. I love how much you laughed at my crazy ideas and shooting stances all day. Thank you for capturing it all for me!
